Step 1
Draw two large line in black board, vertically and horizontally crossing in the middle such as a sign of +. Name the vertical one with a student's name say yasir and the horizontal one as x. Now ask them to do so in their own graph papers.
Name the joining point in the two lines '0'
Point the line to right side and mark it with 1 to 10
Continue it to left side also.
Continue it to upper wards and bottom.
Step 2
Tell them "If I told 3 points on X, you would point the third number in line X" and so.
Tell one student to come front side and ask him some silly questions. Such as 4 on X, -2 on X, 5 on Y, 9 on Y, -4 on Y.
Now tell them: "If I told a mixture of two numbers, you would refer to a point not on the line, which is in 'Muqabala' of it. And ask them such as: A point which is at a 2 points distance in X and 3 points distance in Y. 5 Point in X and 2 points in Y, -2 points in X and 4 points in Y, 2 points in X and -1 points in Y, -2 points in X and -4 points in Y.
Step 3
In the next period as them to find out the values of Y=X+1, if X's value is 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Value of Y will be 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 respectively. Now tell them to pair it such as x 1 and Y 2, x 2 and Y 3, x 3 and Y 4, x 4 and Y 5, x 5 and Y 6.
Step 4
Now tell them to mark these points in the graph.
Step 5
After some while tell them to draw a line through these pints.
Step 6
And tell them the line in their graph papers is the graph of Y=X+1 and it's all the thing in graph.
