HOW
TO:
Publish the
question rounds, clear criteria for each round.
Ask each team
to make better questions for each rounds.
Ask them to
order it by priority.
Register it
before last time.
Check out
the questions by a controlling committee to avoid the local and repeated questions.

CONDUCTING
TIME:
Toss ‘A’, ‘A’, ‘B’, ‘B’
Those two
teams who have gained the two ‘A’s should question each other and answer, and
so those ‘B’ teams.
SCORING:
If a team
answers correct they get 2 scores.
If they fail
to answer correct, the turn goes back to the questioning team, if they produce
the answers correct they get in reverse 1 score. If they also fail to answer
they get nothing. In case the question was wrong the questioner get 2 minus
scores and the related answering team 2 score plus.
